Commercial appliance repair
in Charlotte and the surrounding region

When a cooler, ice machine or rental-unit washer stops working, someone has to find out why and decide what the repair is worth. We do the first part on site and give you what you need for the second.

  • Commercial refrigeration, ice machines, warewashing and cooking equipment
  • Household-style appliances in offices, break rooms and rental units
  • A diagnosis and a quote for whoever signs off, before any work starts
  • Parts looked up from the unit's model and serial plate

Include the equipment brand, model and serial number if you can. Look for the metal data plate, often just inside a door or on the rear of the cabinet.

How commercial jobs run

Who approves the quote

Let us know whose signature a repair needs, whether that's an owner, a chef-manager or someone at the management company. The price goes to that person, and nothing starts until they agree.

Getting in

For tenant-occupied and rental units, you handle notice and entry. Give us the lockbox, front-desk or on-site contact details when you book.

Cause, not just component

A cooler that can't hold temperature may have a failed part, or it may have a condenser clogged with kitchen grease. The diagnosis tells you which one, so you aren't paying to replace parts that were never the problem.

Gas equipment

We work on gas ranges, ovens and fryers. If anyone smells gas, get everyone out of the building, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside.

Commercial equipment lines

Foodservice refrigeration, ice production, warewashing and cooking brands on our list. No maker on this list has made us its appointed service company; we work independently.

FAQ

Commercial repair questions

Quick answers before you book. Anything else goes in the notes.

Ready to get it looked at?

The fault is found in your home, then priced for you.

Tell us the business, the equipment and the model number when you call or book, and we will confirm whether it is something we can take on before anyone is sent out.

Mention your busy periods when you book. Scheduling depends on the day's calendar, so we look at the openings that exist and agree one with you.

In a working kitchen the cause is often the conditions around the unit: a condenser packed with grease and dust, blocked airflow, worn door gaskets or constant door traffic in hot weather. The technician explains what is behind the failure, not just which part gave out.

Yes. The technician diagnoses the equipment, explains what failed, and quotes the repair. Nothing starts until you approve the price.

The make, model and serial number from the data plate, any error code on the controller, and a short note of what the unit is doing. A photo of the plate is enough.

Equipment acting up?

Tell us what it is, where it is and what it's doing. We'll diagnose it on site and quote the repair before any work.
